UrFleet AI reads email metadata and content only to perform threat analysis and triage. Email content is processed in memory and is not stored on our servers. Your emails remain in your Gmail or Outlook account at all times. We store only analysis results (risk scores, labels, action suggestions) — never the raw message body.

Yes. The Pro plan supports up to 3 connected inboxes (mix of Gmail and Outlook), and the Business plan supports unlimited inboxes. The Starter plan includes one inbox. You can mix Gmail and Outlook accounts on the same dashboard.
